Breathable Mountain Bike Shoe is a popular type of cycling shoe among most hobbyists. The cleats, thanks to which the cyclist engages in the contact pedals, are built into the sole of the shoe, which allows walking in them. If you have a road bike, this does not mean that you must only ride in road boots. You can screw MTB pedals onto your road bike and use the Mountain Bike Shoe if that's more comfortable for you, as not everyone likes the inconvenience of dismounting in road shoes. It is allowed to do the opposite: road pedals for a mountain bike, but this is less common. The fastener adjustment method is combined, two Velcro and a ratchet.
